unit5 look at the monkeys
the fourth period
教學重點：
1、單詞：sleeping, climbing, fighting, swinging, drinking water
2、句型：what are the…s doing? they are…
教學難點：
1、單詞climbing, swinging, 和drinking的讀音。
2、四會掌握五個動詞（短語）的ing形式。
課前準備：
1、教學過程中所需的圖片（let’s start , let’s learn）、錄音（let’s learn, let’s sing）。
2、a部分的五張單詞卡片和本課時的五張單詞（短語）卡片。
教學過程：
一、warm up
活動一：復習單詞
�。�1）教師出示let’s learna中的五張單詞卡片，讓學生認讀單詞并做出相應的動作。
�。�2）聽寫這五個單詞。
活動二：唱一唱
�。�1）教師播放let’s sing部分的歌曲，學生聽錄音進行表演唱。
�。�2）教師出示單詞卡climbing和swinging，讓學生認讀單詞并用動作表示其含義。
二、presentation
活動三：學一學
�。�1）教師出示let’s start/a、部分的圖片(建議把let’s learn/b部分的圖片融合到此圖中。)讓學生回答：what is the monkey doing?
�。�2）教師指著考拉問：what is the koala doing? 學生答出sleeping 后，教師出示單詞卡，教讀單詞。
�。�3）教師指著let’s learn部分兩只考拉的圖問： what are the koalas doing?引導學生說出：they’re sleeping.
�。�4）教師出示兩只熊貓和兩只猴子的圖問：what are the pandas/monkeys doing?
�。�5）教師出示兩只獅子打架的圖片，鼓勵學生通過提問what are the lions doing?來學習新單詞fighting。
�。�6）教師讓學生看圖(let’s start)做對話：what are the birds/kangaroos/elephants doing?當學生說出drinking water 時，教師出示單詞卡讓學生認讀。
活動四：讀一讀
�。�1）讓學生看書聽錄音并跟讀單詞和句子。
�。�2）教師出示單詞卡，讓學生認讀并拼讀單詞。
活動五：講故事
�。�1）教師讓學生看story time部分的圖片，讓學生回答問題：where are zip and zoom? what does zip see? what are they doing? 引導學生作答。
�。�2） 讓學生聽錄音跟讀故事。
�。�3） 讓學生分角色朗讀故事。
三、let’s play
活動六：心有靈犀
�。�1）一名學生上臺。教師向其中的一名學生出示一張紙條，紙條上是一個有關動物的現在進行時的句子。
�。�2）該學生根據紙條的內容表演動作，其他學生猜：the …is/are。
活動七：猜一猜
�。�1）教師將五張詞卡放在講臺上。
�。�2）請一名學生上來隨意抽取一張卡片，教師帶領其他學生問：what are they?，持卡片的學生根據卡片上動物名稱回答：they are…。
�。�3）然后教師再問：what the…s doing?, 引導臺下學生用they are…猜
四、consolidation and extension
活動八：練一練
�。�1）活動手冊listen, write and say.讓學生先聽錄音在相應的空格里填上表示動作的詞。當表格完成后，讓學生做問答練習。
�。�2）活動手冊let’s find out.讓學生仔細看圖回答問題。
活動九：小結
本課我們學習了詢問誰在做什么的復數表達：what are the …s doing? they are…還學習了五個帶有ing形式的動詞：sleeping, climbing, fighting, swinging, drinking
