二、實習單位簡介

三、實習內容及過程
實習內容主要包括聽課、備課、試講、答疑及批改作業四部分。在本次實習
中，根據初中生英語學習的情況，結合自己的專業知識，認真鉆研所實習學科的教學大綱,新課程標準和課程內容，聽取原任課教師講課并認真做好聽課和評議的記錄、在指導教師指點下，進行備課并嘗試性講課，同時，幫助老師批改作業，回答學生問題。
四、實習總結及體會
大學生活即將結束，我也即將步入社會。為了給將來打下堅實的基礎，今年的3月1日，懷著期盼和喜悅的心情，我來到了自己的母校，開始了為期七周的實習生活。
七周的實習生活，讓我嘗到了身為一名教師的甜酸苦辣，更讓我體會到一名教師肩負的責任。在這幾十天里，作為一名實習教師，我一直以教師身份嚴格要求自己，處處注意言行和儀表，熱心愛護實習學校和班級的學生，本著對學生負責的態度盡全力做好班主任工作;同時，作為實習生的一員，我一直緊記實習守則，遵守實習學校的規章制度，尊重實習學校的領導和老師，虛心聽取他們的意見，并和隊友們團結協作，完成實習學校布置的任務。下面就我的實習工作情況進行詳細總結：
1.聽課
聽課是教師的一項必不可少的、經常性的職責與任務。聽課有利于教學者之間相互學習，相互取長補短，共同提高，共同前進，有利于轉變教學思想，更新教學觀念，提高教學水平，提高教學質量。在試講前的聽課，是必不可少的一個過程。在此過程中，可以了解到什么樣的教學形式，教學風格利于學生吸收。在實習期間，我就初一、初二、初三有選擇性的聽了五位老師共五堂課。在聽課的過程中，我讓自己進入到“學生”的角色，從學生角度，按學生水平去聽課，并思考如果我就是學生那種認識能力和理解能力，我能否聽得懂，學得會。站在學生的立場去理解課堂。同時，我也讓自己進入到“教學者”的角色，思考，如果讓我來上一堂課，我該怎么做。將講課者的教法與自己的構思進行比較，從中找到自己欠缺之處。從這些老師的課堂中，我了解到了目前英語教科書的形式與特色，學生的基本情況，各個老師的教學風格特色，為自己的試講做好準備。
2．備課
充分備課是上好課的前提，提高課堂教學質量和效果，首先要抓好備課這一環。教學實踐表明，教師在備課上所花工夫的多少直接影響授課的質量。備課作為教師課前準備的過程，亦是教師提高知識水平和教學能力、總結教學經驗的過程。在備課之前，我請教了辦公室的幾位老師如何備課，并學習了他們的備課記錄本。之后，我仔細思考了教科書的組織，在腦中構思一堂課的過程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指導老師看過之后，我們一起改進了其中較為欠缺之處。我的第一份教案在經過多次修改之后終于通過。此后我又寫過五份教案，每份教案都經指導老師檢查后我才運用到實際教學中。
我深切體驗到設計教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗體力也耗腦力，同時也是一件頗藝術的工作。經過良久的冥思苦想，忽然頭腦開竅，一個思路出來了，一個問題解決了，那種成就感、興奮感是不言而喻的。
3.試講
我一共進行了兩次試講，每次大約20分鐘。第一次試講講的是課本內容，，另一次使講解課后作業。3月22日，我在初一六班進行了一次試講。上課內容是Starter Unit4：what’s this in English?由于第一次上課沒有太多經驗，我在教學風格上部分模仿了我的指導老師，此外也添加一些自己的內容。比如，為了吸引學生的興趣，我將簡筆畫與口語練習相結合，并以此復習學生們已經學過的單詞。我的第一次試講取得了較好的效果，指導老師也給予了肯定。當然，還是存在一些不足，比如，由于緊張，我犯了一個口頭錯誤，在讓學生做練習的時候少加了一句重要的句型。在課堂后，我在教室后面檢查板書，發現板書格式不太規范。在與指導老師以及其他幾位聽課老師交流后，我將自己的優缺點都記下，為下次講課做改進。
經過這次實習，我感觸頗深，總結如下：
一、想當一名好老師不容易
做一名老師容易，做一名好老師的確很難。教學工作復雜而又繁瑣。首先，要管理好整個班集體，提高整體教學水平。然后，又要顧及班中的每一名學生，不能讓一名學生落伍。這就要求教師不能只是為了完成教學任務，還要多關心、留意學生，經常與學生進行交流，給予學生幫助。做學生學習上的良師，生活中的益友。
二、自信很重要
盡管我在初中時，曾經在班里講過初中語文一片閱讀篇目，但是當時畢竟是作為學生講課，這次使作為老師來實戰，多少還是緊張。再次，初為人師，總是有些緊張。第一次講課事，我帶著羞澀與忐忑抱著課本和教案走上講臺時，面對那么多雙眼睛時，我當時確實有點緊張了。我在講臺上，在幾秒鐘時間內，深呼吸了幾下，同時在心中暗自對自己說；你能行！終須把情緒穩定下來，還好事前的.充分準備和大學的學生干部經歷在關鍵時刻發揮了作用，再加上同學們對著我微笑的鼓勵，我所有的緊張都在這一瞬間消失了，透過那一雙雙澄澈的眼睛，我也似乎讀到了那一顆顆純凈的心，順利地完成了教學目標。
三、教學要講究方法
學生接觸新知識使需要時間和理解，因此，在教學過程中要講究正確的方法。精講多練是我采取的一個鞏固學生所學知識的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學做好筆記，掌握知識重點難點，然后給予他們更多的時間練習加以鞏固，課后留有適當不同層次的作業讓不同層次的學生去練習，這樣通過精講，多練，讓學生在聽的過程中掌握知識，在練的過程中鞏固知識。同時，我又讓每位同學準備一個錯題本，在我每次評講習題的過程中，把他們易錯的習題和知識點重點記在錯題本上，以便于平時有重點地去記憶和理解。事實證明，這一方法切實可行，也行之有效。
四、聽課對新教師至關重要
聽課是提高自身教學能力的一個好方法，新老師只有多聽課才能夠逐漸積累經驗。所以對每一次聽課的機會我都十分珍惜。聽課的主要對象是我們組的優秀老師的課，同時也聽其他老師的課。這次實習中，我聽了五節課，我的收獲很大，逐步掌握了一些駕馭課堂的技巧。聽完課之后，把教師們上課時講到的記在聽課記錄上，然后對我自己的備課教案進行修改，將他們很多優點和長處應用到我的課堂教學當中去，取得了較好的效果。

The better skills and knowledge children possess, the more opportunities they will be ensures.
