    中央研究院所（處）、研究中心聘（雇）用契約書.

    中央研究院所（處）(以下簡稱甲方)為應業務需要，聘（雇）用先生（女士）(以下簡稱乙方)為約聘（雇）人員，雙方訂立契約條款如左：
